New block requests and release requests show up here. Approving a block writes it to Hospitable; approving a release re-opens the dates. Dates already booked can never be blocked.
Owners come from the AppFolio owner directory. Open a property for its details and reservations; click an owner to manage that owner.
Everyone who can sign in to this console. Administrator access is granted only by explicit assignment here. It is never given automatically because someone uses a HiCoastal email address, and it never includes access to any owner's properties. The last full admin cannot be removed, and nobody can change their own access.
These apply to properties discovered by a future sync. Existing properties keep their own settings, which you change on the property page.
Audit records never contain tokens, credentials, guest contact information, server paths or raw Hospitable data.
Every owner below is already set up in the portal with their properties. This screen only sends the one-time welcome email. It never creates a sign-in link or password; owners request their own secure link from the portal when they are ready. Nothing is selected or sent automatically.

Opening owner access does not send onboarding emails. Closing owner access does not delete owners or property access. Approved early-access owners keep their access unless you explicitly change it.
